Prenatal Training

prenatal personal trainerI have been certified for many years in prenatal training, but now I can fully relate to the client after working out until my own baby was due.  We focus on what an expecting mother can do, almost everything, and also the restrictions in exercising while pregnant.  Exercising while pregnant has so many benefits for both mother and unborn baby.

Benefits to mother:
